Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping – $12.95
    Delivered via DHL or FedEx
    Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping
    Available for orders over $50
    Delivered via EMS
    Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch

International Shipping Note: We ship worldwide, excluding Asia and select remote regions. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At ELIESAAB SHOP, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Our returns and exchanges policy reflects the same dedication to excellence that defines our luxury fashion collections.

Eligibility

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for items in their original condition, with all tags attached, within 15 days of delivery.

Important Exceptions

To maintain our standards of quality and hygiene, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged
  • Products without original tags and packaging
  • Items purchased during final sale events

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit Your Request: Complete the Return & Exchange Request Form below and email it to our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.
  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number along with detailed shipping instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Items: Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags and documentation. Please include a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at the address provided in your authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • Follow the same process as outlined above for returns
  • Indicate your desired exchange item in the request form
  • We will ship your exchange item once we receive and process your return
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be invoiced for the difference
  • If the exchange item is of lower value, we will refund the difference

International Returns

As we serve customers worldwide (excluding Asia and select remote regions), international returns are accepted following the same policy. Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or international shipping fees
  • Return processing may take additional time for international shipments
  • Refunds will be issued in the original currency of purchase
